Application for Water Supply

This application is for individual premises such as residential, commercial, rural, temporary water supply and water supply for construction which has not yet registered an account with Ranhill SAJ.

Steps of Application

The customer shall appoint licensed plumber to install internal plumbing system and as representative to submit new water application

The completed form should be submitted to Ranhill SAJ counter along with their supporting document. Application types are as follows:

The completed form and supporting documents should be submitted to Ranhill SAJ counter for validation and process.

Once the application has been approved, applicant should pay deposit, water connection charges, stamp duty and/or other charges (if applicable) that has been set based on type of premises.

After payment of the deposit is made, Ranhill SAJ will issue work orders and handover the meter to the licenced plumber for meter installation within 2 working days from the date of deposit paid
