Change of Account Name

Change of account ownership is opening a new account by a customer at an existing premise such as purchasing secondhand property, renting a premise and change the account name on the water bill.

Steps of Application

Customer shall fill up Ranhill SAJ Terminate Water Supply Application Form and it's supporting document:

The customer's account will be reviewed to determine the status of arrears. In the event of arrears, copies of water bills will be issued and the customer should pay before the water supply was termintaed.

Termination of water supply shall be executed by Ranhill SAJ appointed plumber - construction works (Individual/Project).

After that, new customer shall fill up Water Supply and Services Agreement Form and Form - Bulk as well as their respective requirement document. Application types are as follows:
